Brother Thomas McCaleb is an active member of his beloved fraternity Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He was accepted for membership in Spring 2014 and immediately went to work. He has served as the Polemarch, Keeper of Records, BOD Member, National Guide Right Social Media Committee Chair, and National Guide Right College Success Committee Chairman.
McCaleb currently serves as the President for the Richardson Plano Guide Right Foundation. He began volunteering in the early 2000s with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation while working as a technology leader for Kohl’s Corporation. While working with the kids as a coach for the Regional Special Olympics, Brother McCaleb caught the volunteer bug. He served as a student mentor in the Milwaukee Public School district. Upon moving to the DFW area, McCaleb immediately got involved in the community. He provided meals at the Bridge Homeless Recovery Center, participated in the Susan G. Coleman walk, and led the expansion of a partnership between the Richardson Plano Independent School District and the Richardson Plano Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Inc.
In his non-foundation capacity, Brother McCaleb has over 20 years of experience in business, technology, and non-profit organizations. He currently supports many education programs through his professional and philanthropic pursuits. McCaleb honorably served our country as a Petty Officer 3rd Class in the US Navy. A natural leader, Brother McCaleb, was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal as a result of meritorious service.
Brother McCaleb is currently on assignment at II-VI Corp as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant. He is responsible for full lifecycle staffing, departmental process development, as well as consultation with the new HRIS system selection/ implementation strategy. McCaleb has served as a technology leader at Strasburger LLP., JCPenney, Celanese Chemical, Kohl’s Department Stores, and Metropolitan Life Insurance Co. He has led large scale projects, including the 40M refresh project for all JCP Stores and the initial launch of Kohl’s .com e-fulfillment center.
McCaleb has a knack for utilizing his understanding of technology to solve complicated business problems. He serves as a trusted advisor that keeps profitability and communication as his most important priorities.
McCaleb earned a BS in Information Technology with a minor in Network Technology from Capella University, an MBA from Texas A&M University-Commerce, and, most recently, an MA in Education- Instructional Technology from the University of Alabama. He’s a believer in educational achievement and will begin his Ph.D. studies in Spring 2020.

Brother McCaleb and his Silhouette, Lesley Regalado, are proud residents of Frisco, and they believe in impacting their community by empowering students to complete their education and strive for more. The couple isn’t afraid to put their money where their mouth is by assisting students with financial need through their David G. Regalado Student Success Scholarship. While they do not have any children of their own, it is not uncommon to see a student or two at their home receiving tutoring or eating a meal. McCaleb has one daughter, Brittany, who is currently studying to become a nurse at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. In their spare time, Brother McCaleb and Lesley travel the globe living, laughing, and loving the life that God has blessed them with.
