Labor Day, the first Monday of September is a creation of the labor movement, dedicated to the social and economic achievements of ALL Americans that work. Work, whether it’s 9 – 5, a graveyard shift, or multiple shifts. Labor Day constitutes an annual tribute to our country and to those workers who add to the strength of our nation, to our nation’s prosperity, and to the well-being of ALL Americans.
Remember this day and its meaning when you go to the polls on the first Tuesday in November, Election Day.
