Meet RPA Brother Robert H. Bass III

Robert H. Bass III was part of the Richardson-Plano (TX) Alumni Chapter’s reason for winning the Southwestern Province Reclamation Chapter of the Year Award. Brother Bass came back home to Kappa and RPA where he was a spring 1999 initiate.

In March 2019, Brother Bass celebrated his 20th anniversary as a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

Professionally, Brother Bass has over 30 years of diverse technical and business experience across the following disciplines; Information Security, Product Management, Project Management, IT Business Analysis, and Strategic Planning.

He currently works in the Global Information Security practice at Bank of America in Addison, Texas, where he is a senior vice president responsible for enterprise authentication enablement services across all lines of business and functional organizations.

Before Bank of America, Brother Bass spent six years in various startup and entrepreneurial ventures after spending nine years with Verizon Communications.

Brother Bass holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in computers and information systems from Baruch College, City University of New York and a Master of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin with a concentration in information management and marketing.

Bass is a dedicated family man. He and his silhouette of 27 years have three daughters (25, 21, and 18). In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, going to the movies, mentoring others, and offering his time, talents, and treasure to various charitable organizations.

The Bass family attends St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Framers Branch.
